PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment

The Town of Laurel's Board of Adjustments will be holding a public hearing pertaining to a variance request for the following property located on Old Sailor Road, known as Broad Creek Seasonal RV Park, Tax Map # 232-12.00-13.00. The proposed site is zoned Single-Family Residential Use District (R-2). The request is for a variance in regard to the Town of Laurel's Zoning Ordinance Article 4.2.2. Permitted Principal Uses. A public hearing for comments will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Laurel Town Hall in the Mayor & Council Chambers, 201 Mechanic Street, Laurel, De 19956 to discuss the proposed variance request and to provide the opportunity for public comment.
